The Law amends the Criminal and the Procedural Criminal Codes of Ukraine in order to humanize criminal liability by means of partial decriminalization of deeds, and introduction of more differential approach to the choice of punishment measures.
The Bill (Reg. No.0955) was elaborated by the Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement.
